IOA Self help tools

The IOA Self-Help Tools consist of breathing and body routines created to help each user relax and reduce tension when faced with a situation that may cause fear and emotional distress.

 

These IOA tools can reduce anxiety before, during and after each lesson in the pool, or “ANYtime” you are in or around water.  This includes everything from bathrooms, changing rooms, swimming pools, rivers, lakes & the sea.  

 

The IOA aquatic mindfulness tools can be used at any point you become physically or emotionally tense or just need to relax.  If this does happen, you should stop any activities and by using these techniques you can calm your mind and body. 

 

Over 18 video shorts on relaxation, including a clinical hypnotherapy voice support coach, for each action you can do in the digital pool.
